Authenticity Guarantee
At SumZero Collectibles, authenticity is fundamental. Every product represented as an official trading card game or licensed collectible is sourced with the intention of supplying genuine merchandise from the stated manufacturer. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products, replicas or proxy cards as authentic items.
How we source products
We procure products through trusted suppliers and our sourcing network in Japan. Depending on the item, this can include established retailers, distributors and specialist collectible suppliers. Product listings identify the relevant manufacturer, language, edition and set code wherever that information is available.
Sealed product standards
A product described as factory sealed is supplied in its original manufacturer packaging. The seal style varies between manufacturers, games, regions and release periods. Some products may use shrink wrap, security tape, glued packaging or another official closure method.
Minor factory or transit marks on outer packaging do not automatically indicate tampering. When a material packaging issue is known before sale, we aim to disclose it in the listing or communicate it to the customer.
Checks before dispatch
- Product name, edition and language are checked against the order
- Visible seals and outer packaging are reviewed for material concerns
- Products are packed to reduce movement and transit damage
- Order records are retained to support customer-service enquiries
Randomized contents
Trading card booster packs and boxes contain randomized cards. Authenticity does not guarantee a particular card, rarity, pull rate, box configuration or financial value. Manufacturer collation can vary, and Japanese products may differ from English or other regional editions.
If you have an authenticity concern
If packaging appears unusual, contact us before opening or breaking any seals. Send your order number and clear photographs of the product, outer packaging, seals, labels and shipping parcel through our Contact page. Keeping the item unopened gives us the best opportunity to review the concern.
We will examine the supplied information against the listing and sourcing records and respond with the appropriate next steps under the store’s current refund and return policies.
