By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. About Us and Our Products

SumZero Collectibles sells Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, other trading card games, and related collectibles. All products are sourced and shipped directly from Japan to customers in India and elsewhere. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freek, Creatures Inc., Wizards of the Coast, or any other trading card game publisher. All trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility to Contract

By placing an order, you confirm that you are competent to enter into a valid contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, i.e., you are 18 years of age or older, or you are placing the order with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable customs duty and import taxes on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs duty, IGST, or clearance charges at the time of delivery for the products listed. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price applicable to an order already placed will not change.

4. Product Condition and Authenticity

We take reasonable care to accurately describe the condition of products, including sealed/unsealed status, packaging condition, and any visible wear. Trading cards and collectibles are sold based on the description and images provided at the time of purchase. Grading, centering, and print variations on trading cards are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued. Since shipments originate from Japan, orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once they have been dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding third-party trademarks and product images used for descriptive purposes), is the property of SumZero Collectibles and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SumZero Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of products, including delays caused by customs authorities, international logistics carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.
