Refund policy

Effective Date: 6 July 2026

1. Return Window

Given the collectible and often sealed/limited nature of our products, we accept return or replacement requests only within 1 (one) day of the date of delivery, and only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged in transit
  • The product received is materially different from what was ordered (wrong item)

Requests raised after 1 day from the date of delivery, or for any reason other than the above, will not be accepted.

2. What Is Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Opened/unsealed booster packs, boxes, or cases (once opened, sealed collectibles cannot be verified for authenticity of contents and are non-returnable, except where the outer packaging itself was damaged in transit)
  • Natural print, centering, or manufacturing variations inherent to trading cards
  • Condition or grading disputes on cards described accurately at the time of listing
  • Delay in delivery within the estimated shipping window

3. How to Raise a Return Request

Within 1 day of delivery, email sumzerocollectibles@gmail.com or call +91 8287770363 with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video of the product and its packaging as received. For high-value orders, an unboxing video recorded without interruption from opening the sealed courier package is strongly recommended and may be requested to process your claim.

4. Resolution

Once your claim is verified, we will offer either a replacement (subject to stock availability, which may involve additional shipping time from Japan) or a refund, at our discretion, for the affected item(s).

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval, in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on refund timelines. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge only before the order has been dispatched from Japan. Once an order is marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as it is already in international transit. 7. Grievance Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your return/refund request, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer, Ankit Singh, at the contact details above, or through the National Consumer Helpline.
