Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 6 July 2026

1. Shipping Origin

All products sold by SumZero Collectibles are sourced and shipped directly from Japan. We do not maintain domestic Indian warehousing; every order is dispatched internationally to reach you.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 7-9 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to customs clearance timelines and courier network conditions. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays in India and Japan. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

3. Customs Duty and Import Taxes

All prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of applicable customs duty and import taxes (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP). You will not be charged any additional customs duty, IGST, or clearance fee by the courier at the time of delivery for the products as listed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from Japan, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspection, weather, courier network disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any known delays affecting your order.

6. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to clear customs formalities caused by the customer, reshipment costs (if any) will be communicated and may be borne by the customer.

7. Packaging

Trading cards and collectibles are shipped with protective packaging appropriate for international transit. We recommend customers inspect packages for visible damage before accepting delivery and record an unboxing video for high-value orders to support any damage claims under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
